Our Health and Safety Consultant, Mr Roger Rustom FIIRMS, provides expert advice to ensure we are reducing risk at every opportunity. Roger carries out regular reviews of our Health and Safety Policy and our Risk and Method Statements. His support has played a major role in developing a culture where safety awareness is natural and embedded across the business.

Through his guidance, our team remains informed, prepared and fully aligned with best practice.

Safety Planning Before Work Begins

Before any project starts on site, our management team carries out a site specific safety meeting with our supervisors. This meeting covers all potential hazards and risks connected with the work to be carried out. It also outlines the control measures required to protect everyone involved.

This early communication allows us to identify challenges, reinforce safe working methods and make sure that the entire team understands the steps needed to maintain a safe environment.

Toolbox Talks and Clear Communication

Once on site, our Site Supervisors hold toolbox talks with all site operatives before work begins. These talks ensure that everyone receives clear written and verbal guidance. Supervisors also share any additional risks identified during the site assessment.

This approach keeps every member of the team informed and confident in the safe execution of their tasks.
